HAKKINDA
One of the most important duties given to the Justice Academy of Türkiye by Law No. 7540 is to publish. The Law and Justice Review is one of the three journals published by the Justice Academy of Turkey. In this framework, the Law and Justice Review publishes scientific, social, and cultural articles in English, French or German languages, which are designed to have the widest appeal to those interested in the law - whether as practitioners, students, teachers, judges or administrators - and to provide an opportunity for them to keep abreast of new ideas and the progress of legal reform.
